Pat Riordan Pat Riordan

Pat serves as president and CEO of Nsight and oversees the day-to-day operations of Nsight and its subsidiaries. During his involvement with the company that spans four decades, Pat has successfully guided Nsight through its expansion from a local telephone company to a premier telecommunications provider in the Midwest.

Pat’s extensive industry knowledge has earned him many key positions in various organizations. Some of his involvements include: current board member and past president of the Eastern Rural Telecommunications Association, board and executive committee member for CTIA, past board member and executive committee member for the USTelecom Association, current president of the Rural Cellular Association and past president and board member for the Wisconsin State Telecommunications Association.

Pat has five children, two grandchildren and four stepchildren and resides in Dykesville with his wife, Karen Van Gemert. He is a graduate of St. Norbert College and the Advanced Telephone Management program through the University of Kansas.

Rob Riordan Rob Riordan

Rob Riordan, executive vice president and director of corporate development for Nsight, is a dynamic speaker and lively commentator on emerging technologies in the telecommunications world. In his role he looks six months to six years ahead of where the company is today.

When Rob is not working on mergers, acquiring new markets and spectrum or interfacing with investment bankers, he spends much time researching potential technologies and their role at Nsight. Through his studies of Mobile IP, for example, Nsight became the first company in the US to provide the service.

This knowledge combined with his 30 years of telecom experience allows Rob to speak on a number of subjects. As a Competent Toastmaster, he has traveled the globe through speaking engagements during the last ten years. Past topics include Wireless: Friend or Foe, Wireless Internet Futures, and National Issues from a Small Company Perspective. In addition to various state telecommunications meetings, Rob has spoken on behalf of the Wireless Communications Association, Broadband Wireless Forum, OPASTCO, Telecoms and IT Brand Building and Development Forum in London, UK the Broadband Fixed Wireless Access World Congress in Rome, Italy, Femtocells Asia and Femtocells World Summit just to name a few.

His community involvement includes currently serving as president of the board of directors for the historical Meyer Theatre, on the board of directors for the New North, is an active member of the marketing committee for the Green Bay chapter of the Wisconsin Family Business Forum and has served as chairman for the City of Green Bay Chamber of Commerce board of directors. In addition to being past Chairman of OPASTCO, he has served on and chaired industry committees for USTA, WSTA, CTIA, RCA and WCA.

Rob has four children and two grandchildren and lives in Green Bay with his wife, Cathy. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.

Dan Fabry Dan Fabry

As vice president and COO of mobile services (Cellcom), Dan is responsible for developing and directing all aspects of the company’s wireless operations. Prior to joining Nsight in 2001, Dan was a co-founder of US Xchange, which merged with Choice One Communications. He spent four years there as vice president of marketing and vice president of network. Previously, he served 11 years at Schneider Communications as a key member of its strategy and executive team.

Dan graduated from St. Norbert College with majors in business administration and mathematics and earned his master’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He currently serves on the WSTA board of directors and as chairperson for the WSTA Wireless Council. He has also served on the Wisconsin Public Service Commission Task Force for the interstate access charges. He and his wife, Lori, reside in De Pere with their two daughters.

Roger Hermsen Roger Hermsen

Roger Hermsen, VP and chief operations officer of fixed services, oversees those areas of the Nsight family of companies that provide voice, data, Internet, enterprise and carrier grade services. Roger came to join Nsight through the acquisition of Bayland Telephone, in December 2007, where he was the third generation of the Hermsen family to lead the company.

Prior to joining the family company, Roger graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He learned the telecommunications industry by working as a ditch digger and assisting with installation, while attending college. After graduation, Roger became a commercial banker for what is currently U.S. Bank. This venture from the family company was limited as he succeeded his father as leader of Bayland Telephone and thrived in the telecommunication industry. During his 19 years of leadership, Bayland experienced significant growth by implementing new lines of business including: wireless, long distance and telephone equipment sales.

Roger has served as president of the Wisconsin State Telecommunication Association and is currently a WSTA board member. He also serves on the boards of Access Wisconsin and Wisconsin Locally Owned Telecom Association. Within the Abrams community, Roger serves as chairman of the plan commission.

As a native to Green Bay, Roger currently lives in Suamico with his wife Kathy and their three children
Jim Lienau Jim Lienau

As Vice President of technical services and Chief Technical Officer, Jim is responsible for all Nsight and Cellcom corporate engineering and technical operations. More specifically, Jim oversees wireline and wireless switching systems, fiber optic, microwave, LMDS, TDM and IP-based networks, broadband wireless and WAN data services, St. Paul Tower operations, strategic planning and engineering personnel.

He brings nearly 40 years of engineering and technical experience to his position. Prior to joining Nsight, Jim taught communications networks and systems at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and held communication engineering positions at Michigan Technological University. He has worked for CBS television station and radio network in Chicago and consulted for AM and FM broadcast stations and business radio systems.

Jim holds a degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University. He and his wife Mary live in Green Bay and have two sons.
Mark Naze Mark Naze

A CPA and graduate of St. Norbert College, Mark serves as chief financial officer and treasurer of Nsight. As such, he oversees all accounting and finance operations as well as governmental, public and stockholder relations for the company and the 17+ companies that are managed within the organization. He has been with the company for more than 20 years.

Mark has held various roles in numerous organizations, including chairperson of the St. Joseph Parish finance council, president of the Packerland Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, president of the Tri-County Optimist Club and chairperson of the WSTA Accounting Committee. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Green Bay program. He and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Oneida.

Susan Powers Susan Powers

As vice president of human resources, Susan advises the officer group on strategic human resources initiatives and has helped move the company forward to better align it with the dramatic growth it has experienced. She oversees a wide variety of areas, including compensation and benefits, training, staffing, employee relations, safety, green initiatives and recruiting for the corporation.

During her nearly two-decade career in human resources, Susan gained experience at Georgia Pacific, KI and Greatland Corporation. She began her tenure with Nsight in 2005.

Susan attended Bethel University and graduated from the UW-Green Bay with a Bachelor's degree in developmental psychology with a minor in business, emphasis in human relations. She resides in Green Bay with her husband Bill. She has two children.

Todd Whitenack Todd Whitenack

In January 2008, Todd Whitenack joined the Nsight family of companies as the chief information officer and VP of information technologies. Todd brings 19 years of experience to the information technology department. In this position, he is directly responsible for the development of IT maintenance, support of the computer system, computer purchasing, billing and the customer Web site.

After growing up in New Jersey, Todd graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He completed graduate work in computer science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Todd began his career as a software engineer and worked his way to his most recent position as vice president and chief technical officer at One Communications in Rochester, New York.

Todd is married, to his wife Sandra. They have two children: Kathrine and Brian. He and his family reside in Appleton.
